Ideally, the property should be completely empty for the house cleaning. Only items staying in the property after your lease should remain. If you want the inside of the cupboards cleaned, please ensure they are emptied before the scheduled cleaning.

We can collect keys from any nearby lock box or your neighbour, or if possible, you could leave the key in a safe, hidden place where we will pick them up and replace them after the service.
