It is totally up to you! Either you can leave the key in a safe place we will pick and replace it back after cleaning, or we can meet you at the location or you can give the cleaner a spare key to keep with them.

Yes, you can definitely book extra cleans with your VACMATE when he’s cleaning your house, but to mention he might have other cleans booked right after your fixed job so we might have to check in his availability and then adjust accordingly as per your wish.

If you have already selected an hourly clean, you can choose your priorities and if it takes extra time we may charge you hourly only. And if you have opted for a Fixed Price clean, still you can ask VACMATE to give prioritise to certain areas during that visit.

Move In / Out Cleaning (end of lease)
If we miss anything, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll come back and reclean it for free.
